
| President: Susan Davis, MBA, CBAP is a Sr. IT Manager at Charter Communications and is responsible for implementing best practices and maturing the Business Analysis Center of Excellence. Prior to Charter, Susan was a Manager of Business Systems Analysis at Scottrade Financial responsible for leading a team of Business Systems Analysts in supporting all of the business areas and the strategic objectives of the organization. Susan was a key driver in establishing the enterprise-wide BA organization. Susan worked in the brokerage industry for 16 years prior to moving to telecommunications.
With over 12 years of experience in business and systems analysis with end-to-end project execution, Susan has demonstrated expertise in establishing project leadership functions and framework within an organization including implementation of best practices, processes, and project documentation. Susan is a Certified Business Analysis Professional with a Masters in Business Administration, ITILv3 Certified and Series 7 and 63 licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Susan possesses proven strong analytical and leadership skills. She is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis, founding member of the St. Louis Chapter and has been on the board since the chapter’s inception. |  | VP of Certification: Trent Soldwish-Zoole is the Manager of Business Systems Analysis at Rabo Agrifinance. Filling a newly-created position designed to add rigor and process improvements, in his daily role, he serves as the champion of Business Analysis best practices modeled after the BABOK and learned from 20 years of project experience. In the role of VP of Certification, he plans to bring the same enthusiasm and set of experiences to assist chapter members in pursuit of their own professional credentials. Trent has served in a variety of roles as Business Analyst or Project Manager, but started as a Systems Engineer where he led a development team in a manufacturing environment and holds the patent as the lead inventor. He has worked Telecommunications and Financial Services in the St. Louis area with A.G.Edwards/Wachovia/Wells Fargo, SBC/AT&T and Amdocs and consulted nationally with Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint. |  | VP of Communication: Gina Perkins, MA is a Business Analyst with Sisters of Mercy Health System. She has a range of experience in IT across multiple sectors of the community, including academia, not-for-profit, consumer industry and healthcare. Gina was involved in a 5 year CRM initiative, which included business process development, software conversion and platform expansion for Sales and Marketing stakeholders. During her 11 plus years in the IT arena, Christine has moved from a being Software Engineer and to her current position as a Business Analyst. |  | VP of Information Technology: Michael P. Durbin, Ph.D. ABD, PMP recently joined Basler Electric in Highland, IL as a Project Manager in the engineering department. Prior to this Michael was a PM at Saint Louis University in the Information Technology Services department. During his tenure at Saint Louis University, Michael presented at regional conferences on the topic of technology in education and in March of 2009 he co-presented at the Metro STL PMI Chapter on starting a Project Management Office. He is a frequent adjunct professor and guest lecturer at Saint Louis University on the topic of project management, business analysis and technology in higher education. Michael received his B.S. from Millikin University and his M.A. from the University of Illinois, both in the area of Management Information Systems. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at Saint Louis University and is working on a dissertation that includes research on the current state of project management in higher education. Additionally, he is an adjunct professor for Devry, a nationally accredited university, teaching both technology and project management courses. Mr. Durbin has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since July 1, 2007 and has worked in the Information Technology (IT) field, serving various roles, over the last 25 years.
