DescriptionSt. Louis IIBA Chapter Meetings - March 2012 Use Case Development: Use cases are one of the most commonly used tools for documenting system behavior in requirements documents. They seem very logical, and easy to write - that is, until you are staring at that first blank page, asking yourself what to do first. We will walk through a ten-step process for generating a set of use cases, and discuss some writing guidelines, to help you get past writer's block and generate clear, useful requirements. Eric Hermanson is a project manager, software developer, and business analyst for Daugherty Business Solutions. Over a fourteen year career, he has delivered software projects for clients in a wide variety of industries. He is skilled in both Java and .NET programming, and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). He has an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, and a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from Principia College.
