“Centers of excellence are becoming invaluable to successful management of large-scale change. The business analysis center of excellence (BACoE) then, is an emerging best practice, a new type of center which serves as the single point of contact for business analysis practices. In that role, the BACoE defines the business rules, processes, knowledge, skills and competencies, and tools used by the organization to perform business analysis activities throughout the business solution life cycle…”  This is a quote from an article written by Kathleen B. Hass and published on the IIBA website.

Business Analysis Center of Excellence - The Cornerstone of Business Transformation

During this presentation we will discuss the concept of a BACoE and how to begin your journey to establish a center within your organization.
